Tier 3 or Tier 4 Lock Boxes?

I'm ego lvl 530. I have been buying tier 2, 3, and 4 since day 1, I even bought 2 tier 3s with the.free $10 Sony gave.me for spending $50.

On.average at least 3-4 tier 3s a day.

I have yet to own a single.orange.weapon/shield/grenade.

The % needs to be increased. Literally.

Wasted $10 on weak greens....sad.

We need rare loot drops from bosses, at least this way people will have an incentive to coop

I tried them all ... but, I finally got one yesterday from a T3 lockbox.

Tier 3 for sure.
