Me too. I believe scrapper arkfalls are the issue. Not certain though.

a dramatic decrease with my kills after doing a Scrapper
Major Arkfall.
yeah the rumor is the scrapper arkfalls r causing it if u try it and do a couple of hellbug arkfalls and then go do a scrapper arkfall. it changes your kills to what u did in that scrapper arkfall. ive done it couple of times thats a major bug they need to fix plus my pvp Observatory kills r resseting also
I talked to the "Live Chat" support, and they were unable to help at all. The GM I spoke to acknowledged that they were aware of the issue and "apologized for the inconvenience" - but could do nothing by way of manually restoring kills or anything. When pushed, he said it was unlikely that when the bug was fixed, that people would retroactively have their kills credited - in other words, it sounds like those values are long gone when the value resets, not stored away anywhere to pull up out of a DB (ie - it's not a display issue, or a wrong column being used etc.).
I did however get my 2,500 kills (after probably 5,000 actual kills) - the trick I used was;
- Do not enter any arkfall except a hellbug major. DON'T TOUCH any other arkfall (particularly scrapper arkfalls!).
This apparently fixes it for most people, but I went more extreme and;
- Do not enter any co-op mission.
- Do not enter any PVP mission.
I logged out and back in and that was fine - I just avoided the above three things until I got my 2,500 arkfall kills. Boring, but, I was determined.
If only I could get my Cerberus vehicle persuit to stop resetting run-over kills and boost-distance, or my competitive PVP persuits to stop resetting every time I enter any PVP

that I'm looking for! I have had the same problems with PvP.
My waterfront pursuits have reset as well.
They are able to credit goals though, already had that done for a data recorder pursuit that was bugged (the crater one). But I guess they won't do that in this case so have to wait and wait for devs to get around to fixing it.

Do you think you're the only one with these issues most issues in the game atm are effecting everyone. Its a known issue that the goals are not tracking properly and resetting. I'm sure it will be fixed soon as they are aware of it but there is a list of 10,000 things that are more important atm like fixing item disaperence, fixing players that are hacking..Seriously stop crying and just be patient there are dozens of other things you can grind in the game atm to occupy your time. All you cry babies do is focus on the negative.. btw they're customer server that you are constantly cry about has been pretty spot on. Live chat the gms are pretty helpful and for item issues have give them back most times as far as goals there is nothing they are give you back atm nore something a gm can magically fix. So agian stop crying and just keep reporting your bugged goals to the ingame bug report screen that the fastest way for them to see the issue.
In order for me to get it to work I had to get all 2500 without stopping
