No thanks to the peace offering. I understand your position, but catering to everyone and their mother with something like this just means when minor crap happens they'll be handing out free items to appease everyone. I disagree with this method. If you want the game to succeed, dont hand out free stuff for minor hiccups. Granted this is for a major achievement here (pursuit), but none the less... when it's fixed it'll be capable of being attained rather quickly considering arkfalls happen all the time. If you guys just continually ask for free things then what are you going to feel like when someone opens a random lockbox or uses one boost item and finds a legendary while you busted your rear to get one?
I'll take my chances and re-do the entire thing. Screw the compensation noise. I'd rather have compensation when there's a MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR ROYAL screw up on Trion's end that causes more than just the frustration of not completing a couple of pursuits at the moment. People who have been around during game releases that went south faster than this know exactly what I'm talking about / what angle I'm using this rebuttal from.
They have all the data stored on they servers afterall. i told them i had gotten close +2000 many times and they could see i had 1000/1000 unlocked but only 600 kills and i had total of over 50k kills and played 200h, they were happy to fix it for me.

My arkfall total has dropped since day 1. I didn't check it purposefully until last week, but it seemed wrong, then i checked each time and it has dropped multiple times; down to 8. Check your comp. multiplayer totals too. Mine are def not correct. I have 20 plus total kills but the total between waterfront and Obs. is like 8. (and yes i dont have the 3rd map yet cuz i suck at multiplayer) I put in my first ticket via the PS3 on 4/18 or 4/19 and not even an acknowledgement of receipt. 3 messages about that and other issues (no pre order) 4/21 no word but at least it has a ticket. Finally can't get live chat to work; not on phone or computer with two different browsers. Chrome said their server was off.
I really like this game and show (game more) but c'mon at least some idea on what's going on would be nice. i get a new MMO usually has problems but at least get some more people on damage control.
how did you get ahold of them?
even if they could replace your "correct" kill count, doesn't that mean you cant participate in arkfalls now till they fix it, that would take away a huge part of the game, unless your saying you have already completed all arkfall pursuits

Why wouldnt i be able to participate in arkfalls? you make no sense. Its just one click of button for them to mark task in pursuit as completed. and yes i have completed all arkfall pursuits
they better add the kill counts we had when it keeps going back to 0... i had today 1,100 kills maaan..
If you don't want your arkfall kills resetting, and it happens to arkfall revives aswell,only stick to one type of arkfall until you get the kills and revives needed for the pursuit. So if you do a scrapper arkfall, only do scrapper arkfalls and do not participate in any other arkfall or your kills and revives will reset.
