I wanted to share this. I was affected by the Data Recorder bug and used the "In Game" support feature and sent them my message. I did this last night. LESS THEN 24 HOURS I got a response...

With all the talk on these forums one might be lead to believe that Trion is not active in addressing the players concerns and I just wanted to share my success story. I believe that they are doing the best that they can and I keep things in perspective relative to the other game developers and the individual situations out there.
