Deluxe Edition Defiance Problems

I bought the Deluxe Edition of Defiance yesterday because I'm rather vain and would like the title and the outfit it gives you. However now when I'm in game it won't let me change either.

I also have none of the other extras it has been advertising so basically I have spent an extra £20 for nothing.

Anyone else been having the same problem?

(when I go to titles and outfits I have none extra)

did you claim the rewed
on the game (PC) click P and you see Claim Rewed if not done so
P is for the game store
