Its a good change. The Inactive Random encounters in the world aren't as fun.
Lol thats what its for?....? What about PS3 TRION, We still have BROKEN pursuits and you guys can EASILY fix this. Before fanboys say "its sony, blame sony." Its a SEVER side fix_ THEY CAN DO IT..........
