I like your patchnotes and we need more things in the ingame shop similar to your title thing. People pay dearly for fun stuff. Also I dont understand why mmo companies nowadays never ever add player housing. It gives another thing to strive for and one thing ive noticed people like doing nowadays is COLLECTING STUFF! :-)
Nonetheless a couple of extra additions:
Fixed bugged pursuits. They should now not reset daily and will count properly towards completion.
Fixed Shadow Wars. A win is now a win instead of a loss and the other way around.
Cloak has recieved a slight change in pvp. While moving you will be slightly visible by blurring but while standing still you will be completely covered. Unchanged in PvE.
Added melee weapon slot and melee weapon variation in forms of knives, crowbars, clubs and more.
Added more ranged weapon variety: Energy weapons/Plasma weapons etc.
Cerberus Variant with no weapons have been added. Will allow people to use their own weapons while sitting in passenger seat or in back seat.
Funny weaponry has been added and placed around in the world. These weaponry includes rocket launchers firing a firework rocket or other different kinds stuff.

Fixed Clanchat to not occassionally but out and not make you able to type there for a while.
Some great fake changes Op. Seriously, some really good ones. Devs need to look at this and at the very least acknowledge some of them are worth implementing.
The problem isn't in making patch notes... Do the code to get them in game.
* BMG damage increased by 500%
* BMG Scope mods added to game: -lock time, -link time
Well now the devs will never add these things just 'cause a non-dev pretty much made them.
