Season Pass Items

I purchased the season pass on Xbox and have not received any of the promised items yet (the hellbug hat or the lockbock) I am just wondering if this an issue or will they be coming at a later date. Thanks

Did you go into the game store and click on reclaim items? Not sure if you have to do that with the season pass items or not but worth a look until someone in the know posts

i would assume you would, have you put a ticket in? instead of coming to the boards? explore the game menus more please

Had the same issue raised a ticket over a week ago snd guess what no response, support isn't great for this game. But on a plus note when there's no bugs its a great game.

Its a known issue with the last patch, according to other posts, my Hellbug hat turned into a pair of sunglasses. Hope this helps, with any luck should be fixed in the next or next to next patch.

I also bought the season pass and the hat has disappeared from my inventory.

I got the Xbox360 season pass, the hellbug hat appeared in my inventory on my next login, didn't have to claim it at all but no sign of the lock box...

I am wearing the cap at the moment in game.

Same thing on PC.
I had the Hellbug Cap (headgear) but now it's gone?

And further, it seems there's a pair of "Sweet Shades" sunglasses instead now. They're identical to "Outlander" sunglasses, so really no point in having them?
