Buggers / cheaters / exploiters : report way ?

I just met someone who was 3 shotting elite mobs around Hulker (project aegis part 1). He killed Hulker and surrounding mobs in less than one minute, alone (was more 30s than 1min). It was a blue SMG, and he didn't use any power.

Is there a way to report someone, or we passively have to suffer in silence ? If he is able to do that in PvE, he probably can do it in PvP.

I reported his name using ingame "bugs report" function, but who knows if that function is simply working at all...

I think you can report people by using the in-game tickets, or by typing /report (playername) into your chat box.

Do you know that the Hulker 1 shots the elite/monarchs if he ground stomps or smashes near them? It's way faster to let the hulker kill the monarch. So it could also be done by the hulker not the person you've watched. :> The Hulker itself goes down in under 1 Minute if pulled properly and with the right weapons.
