I'm sure it's safe to link your account t now if you want. Your ark code perks are attached to your trion account so you should still get them regardless of when you link your account. The only restriction I've seen is that you can only link your trion account to one console per platform.
You can link now or later... just know you gain 0 benefits in Beta.

They said PS3 forums won't be up until launch I believe
EDIT: Looked back, some people said the 22nd. Either way, not up right now.

I shot for the stars but I didn't aim it right
I got that too. In my case, I thought it might be ambiguous characters in my code that caused it to fail to link. (It is, for example, really difficult to tell the difference between a 5 and an S or between a B and an 8, especially if you don't have both in your code.) It didn't give me an error message, but when I went back to the page later, the undefined link was gone. I haven't tried linking it since then.
I'm also curious about what this means.
