How about fixing your buggy servers for support. That is what I get when trying to get to live support.

Yes I had same problem could not get live chat support so its going to be another 4 days before they reply.

Same problem with Live Chat since yesterday afternoon. And the funny thing is that I had just finished Live Chat about an hour earlier to solve a different problem.

I have had the same problem for a while, reinstalled all my 3 browsers (IE, Firefox and Chrome) java and flash both newest version and of course deleted all my web cache...

Try this:

If the URL starts with HTTP: then add an S (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/chat/chat_launch) just worked for me
