character loadout problems

i thank you for fixing the salvage matrix but i still cannot access my loadouts or equipment, they send me right back to my first one, and i still can not edit them so basically im running around the map without a gun and equipment

Find and complete a Rampage mission. Picking up and dropping/losing a special weapon appears to fix this.

I'm having this problem too. I found that I could change my weapon by going to inventory but I could only carry one weapon. Also one of my weapons seems to have disappeared.

Yup, I'm having exactly the same problem. So many many hours put into the game for it to come to this...8(

Finding and completing a Rampage mission worked................for about 2 minutes, then it went straight back to load out glitch.

I was having the same problem but now i get on and i dont have a gun and cant change my loadout.

do a rampage, press B to decline going again. press Y to swap weapon and it should free up the glitch.

Thank you Tony and Crow!! Doing the Rampage mission worked for me as well. I had to do it twice but it has certainly fixed the loadout issue. Lost a blue weapon and some mods but they can be replaced whereas my time on character cannot.

Another quick fix:
Find any gun on the ground, hold square to auto equip, it should unlock everything. Works for me everytime.. sad part is I have to say everytime and not the one time...
