I ask because I was going to mod a weapon and every mod I added lowered the guns accuracy. Even mods that were supposed to improve weapon accuracy lowered it lol can anyone confirm this please.

The accuracy mod is broken do not attach. This has been a known issue but I am not sure if the other patches have even fixed.
