What is the green currency?

I read a little bit of the "Help" menu and I think the Green Currency may be Reputation?? Not sure, just kind of a guess. I'd like to know to haha

For some reason, I can't access the Beta Forums. It gives me a weird message prompt:

Which is weird because I AM registered; Heck, i've been playing the Beta all day. I'm not trying to edit anything or access administrative features. I just wanna know the answer to the OP's question as well; what's the green currency for? I would ask in the Beta forums but... I can't access it.
