As the title says, has anyone had them reply to a in game support desk ticket, like ..ever?
I filed a few since the game went live.. and not a single one has been ever answered save for one having the cryptic feedback message of "\M!3" ... whatever that means. I've ended up closing all but the latest two after a week plus of waiting on them. Just curious .. is that thing even connected to anything?

well i am guessing they dont do it because i put up service ticket they have not even look at mine yet
You have to click the "please respond to my question" box they have always gotten back to me within 24 hours when I have it selected
I have posted two and they responded to both within 24 hours.
I sent in one obout how game keeps freeing up on me and all I got as a response was to read the forums which of course didn't help at all. anyone else having problems with game freezing up. im in Ontario Canada using Bell and contacted them an of course they say theres no problem so not sure how to play a $100 game 2 minutes at a time
