i completly disagree, as a nirvana fan i thought it was easily the worst cover of one of their best songs and quite possibly the worst cover song period ive ever heard. im sure cobaine was rolling around in his drug and gut filled grave. other than that i enjoyed the episode, old st louis was awesome.

granted, it wasn't a great cover of the song, but i'm just saying it was nice that they put it in the episode. And yes, the episode was fantastic IMO. I thought old St. Louis was neat, being buried under the new earth. I also enjoyed they part of the story explaining the Castathian ritual for show "cowardice if the face of battle". All in all, it was a great episode.

just watched the episode. and i agree with lil puff and hated that version, it just sounds like a lot of other new songs. its the guitar work and everything else that makes this song even cobains voice makes a difference.
