Help me please!

Wheres the freaking Mutant minigunners in san fran? Im trying to get the title for the episodes pursuits and i seriously can't find a single minigunner or grenadier. Its like the rest of the ark hunters have caused them to be non-existant. I keep riding around the radiations pools and killing the lesser mutants but the big guys never show up. Any tips on where to search would be much appreciated.

Most random events with Mutants can spawn a Mini Gunner or Grenadier.
I do see some just wondering around.
There is one definite space where one spawns every 30 seconds or so, unless a patch has fixed it.
In a place called Delores Park. I think on the Eastern edge of the town there is a pit that mutants and Dark Matter spawn from.
The last thing to spawn is a Mini Gunner or Grenadier.

The random events along the road, (the mutant ones) when you clear most of it, at the end they spawn mini gunners. (1-2 per event)

Completed this pursuit last night with a friend. We went around to the old burned out buildings and killed all the mutants in the area. When they were dead two to three minigunners or grenadiers would spawn. Both count for the achievement.
