Bunny Hopping was the best cheap trick **** with a shotgun in counter-strike EVER! Once you mastered that you could move onto AK-47 and scout hopping. It always paid off to get from point A to point B faster.

As it does not increase your movement in this game, the purpose is kinda...meh now adays.

This game is just as bad as battlefield 3 with the amount of people hopping about everywhere when they're getting shot at!

Because those who don't know what is real bunny hopping (using sideways jumps to gain speed in older FPS engines) like to use this term in modern shooters which don't actually allow speed gains and it is now merely considered as a defensive move that works to different degree on different games.

This isn't a CoD cloan where running around and jumping everywhere makes you "good", it just makes you more noticeable and an easier target for me.

Thank you for padding my kill count bunny hoppers.
As stated in the OP, this is guide for those who want to learn the different viable defensive methods available in this game. Do notice that the guide actually suggests that you don't jump in many situations and to use the roll mechanic instead. Too many idiots are doing it wrongly resulting in a faster death or terrible DPS. Also there are a second group of idiots who are taking the first group of idiots as representive of "bunny hoppers".
