exactly, if i were you, id go to his gamertag, and report him to microsoft there, they LOVE kicking cheaters off xbox live permanently, if he is in fact an xbox user

ah ok, in that case, id contact trion directly about it and report him, im curious how they will handle it myself(though youll never find out what they do)
