    Gun refund?

    I have been having issues with the salvage matrix taking my salvage and guns and keeping them both i heard about going to live chat to talk to someone about the issue but i cant connect to live chat says its in repairs or down i turned all my sercurity pop up blockers and cookies off and still nothing is there another way to resolve this and get my guns back o am i out of luck?

    Live Chat is only available between 8 am - 7 pm, CDT.

    As far as the chat not working when it's online, try a different browser.
