F... What does it mean?

Now you're all wondering what I'm talking about but let me just say that it has something to do with submitting in-game tickets/issues about bugs etc with gameplay. Now to this minute I have submitted 14 tickets and 5 of the 14 are closed. My curiousity is that the ones that are still open all have a comment from the GM/devs or w/e that reads simply, "F". That's it! SO what does "F" mean? Could it be "forward" as in forwarding to the proper dev/team to work on the bug or is it like a grade on a test?

I've asked my younger brother who is a game testers and he says that they do not use the term "F" at all so he is clueless as to what it means as well.

I'd like to know what others think and/or just get a quick and simple answer from the Trion team.
