Earn all four powers pursuit

This was from a couple days ago but I noticed that when I unlocked all four powers I did not finish that pursuit, since then I have upgraded all four fully and did receive the second part which was fully upgraded, but still do not have the initial unlocked four pursuit. No big rush won't stop me from playing just bringing it to attention.

I never got the pursuit for joining a Guild (The world clan has a stigma to it, sounds racial. as in "I joined the clan, wee doggie!)
