I like this idea, like 3 or 4 hours before the show starts in the east, and 3 or 4 hours after the show ends in the west area of the server.
Telling someone how they can improve is 200% more helpful then telling someone that they need to improve.
Now we need others to support this idea... and Trion, to step up.
