You obviously can't read can you! I said "By fix the game I mean think of way's we can nerf keycards and weapons, so we can come up with ways to make people buy our bits and pay for boxes. Cause that's going to bring in your target market. Making the game less enjoyable and more costly."

See where I said they are trying to make people buy their crap with "fixes". Then I said they are making it less enjoyable and more costly. Which is true, nerfing keycards which is one of they ways to get box's and legendaries makes it less enjoyable. The only way to get legendaries is with the dumb boxes I have never heard or seen anyone getting a loot drop. When they take away the in game ways to get said box's it makes people want to spend money instead. I didn't say you had to buy it, so before you post makes sure you understand what I'm talking about, and stop trying to be a troll and start an argument for no reason.

Ways to get keycodes:
- Salvage stuff and buy keycodes
- Co-ops
- Missions
- PvP matches
- Shadow Wars
- Arkfalls

Thats 6 ways you still have of getting them. They didnt "take away" the ability to do anything. The only thing that was removed was keycodes from emergencies, which wer enot supposed to be giving them, especially in those amounts, in the first place. I still go through plenty of lockboxes without having to buy any and simply stick to doing stuff that gives the keycodes when I want to farm them. Its not like you really need much scrip for anything, I cant find enough stuff to spend any on, so selling most of your stuff becomes pretty pointless. Just salvage most, or all, of it.

How exactly is nerfing weapons forcing people to spend money on the game? Does nerfing weapons somehow make people say "OMG now I want to go spend real money now so I can get nerfed weapons"?

I can kill the same things I could with an Ego Level 100 gun that I can with an Ego Level 500 gun, the only difference is the color of the text and how fast I can kill it.

The only reason why rare loot is rare is because it is rare. Tell me, do you even look at whites anymore? Probably not because they drop less then greens. They have been devalued. If they drop keys too often they will devalue the guns.

Its not more costly unless you DO buy it. Therefore, if you don't buy it... it's not more costly.

Because if alot of weapons suck people are going to spend more money on box's trying to get that good legendary weapon. Think about it, make other weapons suck and people want to buy better ones correct? It's all about the Benjamin's for trion

I'm sure their data is telling them nobody is dumb enough to buy lockboxes from the cash shop despite the nerfs...if anything it probably reduced spending after a few people (with money who otherwise might spend) might've turned away from game and so didn't buy the things they *should* be focusing on in the cash shop - social clothes/cars/fluff items.

Time to rethink strategy Trion - make game more fun (add in rewards like keycodes/chance for keycodes to drop back in to roadside emergencies), and sell more fun stuff in the cash shop.

Also make PC UI more PC-friendly. Give us buttons (for a start one to crunch all white stuff in one easy move would be great), and right-click context menus.
