Did you write the code down then try it later on? I did that and had the same issue, so when I got home I just got the new code the game generated and typed it in right away and it worked fine.

I have tried a new code almost everyday but it doesn't work idk if I need to be on a computer. I have been using my iPad to do it but I will have to try a computer

I did mine on an ipad. I had MAJOR issues, but it was launch week and they blamed it on servers.

So I cant think of what would be causing this.

I have been having this same problem with my PS3. I purchased the game over a week ago and have tried linking my console with a new code every day and it always tells me invalid code. I can't find any option to unlink a console and i don't have any of my stats appearing online and i have not gotten any rewards for entering Arkfall codes! Submitted several tickets and they just tell me they don't reply directly to issues but mine was noted and to watch the forums! super annoyed by this! I'm missing out on items that everyone else gets easily! Please Help!
