I was first in a Major Hellbug Arkfall the other night, using just a VBI Auto TACC - Fire Nano - and I think a Mag Mod for .02 faster reload.

129 Kills - put out 396,639 Damage.

That being said, I have put out over 400K Damage with my FRC SAW - Fire Nano. When it comes down to killing something quickly and effectly, my FRC SAW all day. If I could get a mod to reduce recoil quite a bit, I would probably never use anything else.

Well that is great for you. I don't have my FRC built up very much, with no mods. And my EGO is 345, I believe. My point was more so about the VBI Auto TACC.

It's cool. I agree that your best weapon is what you like. I'm just tired of people using a saw because everyone else does. It's like a community of lemmings. Instead of trying out different weapons for themselves, they just see everyone using a saw and follow suit. That being said I run AR's, bolt action snipers, smg's and sawed offs. I'm constantly on top on arkfalls and coop maps. It's not the weapon, its your skill with the weapon and your skills set.

I started using LMGs right from the beginning of the game because I got an Orange FRC Saw in one of my pre-order lockboxes. So I just kept using LMGs until I leveled them up to 20 for the achievement. After that I started, somewhat scientifically, testing other weapons.

It has been my conclusion from various testing that the fully automatic LMGs and Assault Rifles are the most overpowered weapons in PvE.

I feel like the Heavy Scattergun, Grind Fragger, Nano Fragger and various explosive weapons are the most overpowered in PvP.

Well, I do use a SAW, because holding the trigger until 136 shots empty is easier on my finger than 20 pulls to empty my Heavy Assault Rifle with inflammatory nano. It's just that the AR kicks more butt in plenty of circumstances that made me switch for a while. May switch back if I find a SAW that does inflammatory...

I've put out over 3 mil multiple times using my VOT Pulser smg and it isn't even built up. No mods.
