I have no problem with people posing their issues and concerns in an adult way. I do have a problem seeing all these threads that basically say 'What are you idiots doing to fix your ****ty game?'

Really? People are demanding effective communication from Trion by berating, belittling and threatening them?

Because the best way to get a response is to throw a tantrum? Come on now....Would you do that at your local market? bank? No? Then don't do it on the Internet.

Living where I live, some people would indeed do that. I would't be surprised if the people throwing a fit here behave like this irl.

No, I wouldn't. But then again, my bank has never just randomly "lost" my money or, during normal business hours, made my money completely unavailable to me without telling me there's an issue or when I might expect to be able to access my money again. If they did? You better believe I would "throw a fit". And much worse.

Happened to me a few times. Credit card locked out abroad or a bit of money missing, whatever the case I handled it like a reasonable human being, not throwing huge fits.

I hate how whenever I come to a forum looking for answers, no matter what game that forum is for, and all I can find is people ranting and raving that they are unhappy and wanting a refund. The devs and community manager may not have replied yet because most of them probably just got back to work. They have lives too. Get over yourselves. It's just a game.

It's not gaming community fault that there is so many issues with this shtako, and we have every right to be upset and make demands we would not be here venting if the game work as intended. I have played early betas that run better than this shtako of a game.

And unless refund option is available I feel being ripped off.

    Unfortunately, **** happens.
Same thing with SW:TOR. My roommate and myself both bought a copy on release, didn't like it and stopped playing a couple of months into it. After it went FtP, my roommate tried to get back into it and found that a lot of the features that he got when he had the game originally were gone. The race his character was, was no longer available unless he subbed again. The same thing with something as simple as "hide helmet".

Almost every review out there states that the game is buggy as hell. You have yourself to blame for buying the game without information on it. If you pre-ordered, it is completely your fault for it. There seriously is nothing that entitles you to any refund whatsoever, legally.

When '**** happens' support should communicate that '**** is being worked on' with clear updates and follow ups until they say '**** has been resolved'. That does not seem to happen with this team, that's the major issue and reflects poorly on the company - IMHO. Good support that communicates well / often is a reflection of a mature company.
