I'm seriously getting really frustrated here. It has been over 7 days since Episode 3 aired and they still do not have it available on Xbox Video. Not that it matters now, because I have already watched Episode 3 on Hulu twice(once by myself and again with the kid I babysit who likes the game and the show). I am seriously thinking of calling up Microsoft customer support and demanding that they give me back the 2000 MSP(or $25 I used with my debit card to buy the MSP)I spent. I assume if the product you buy doesn't deliver on what it's supposed to(new episodes the day after they air)you should be entitled to a full refund, right? And I have heard some people say that they're refusing to give out refunds because they say it's not their fault, it's the networks fault(I call bullshtako on that cause I saw in a post on a forum in the official Xbox boards by a member of the Xbox Video team was that they were having technical difficulties with the episode)and that you can't get a refund. Well, if they say that, I'm just going to tell them I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
