    i have the season pass aswell, and i am having the same problem. its just technical issues. i called xbox support and freaked out... got me nowhere, but they did say they were working on it as fast as they can. but yes the second episode is up legally on this site i believe... calling xbox support again later today... will post again if i hear some good news..

    Please let us know what happens. They switched to the new dashboard because it's supposed to be as easy to add something on it as it is to add something on a website. Really confused why they're having issues.

    I'm seriously getting really frustrated here. It has been over 7 days since Episode 3 aired and they still do not have it available on Xbox Video. Not that it matters now, because I have already watched Episode 3 on Hulu twice(once by myself and again with the kid I babysit who likes the game and the show). I am seriously thinking of calling up Microsoft customer support and demanding that they give me back the 2000 MSP(or $25 I used with my debit card to buy the MSP)I spent. I assume if the product you buy doesn't deliver on what it's supposed to(new episodes the day after they air)you should be entitled to a full refund, right? And I have heard some people say that they're refusing to give out refunds because they say it's not their fault, it's the networks fault(I call bullshtako on that cause I saw in a post on a forum in the official Xbox boards by a member of the Xbox Video team was that they were having technical difficulties with the episode)and that you can't get a refund. Well, if they say that, I'm just going to tell them I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

    I'm giving them until tomorrow morning to call, 24 hours after the latest episode. There has to be someone to call? Do you remember where you saw that?
