calling them out on the forums is against the code of conduct, of course you get in trouble for it...

there are correct ways to go about dealing with a hacker, like reporting them.

Yep really naming and shaming is not allowed (you should pm a mod or and admin) besides what if the person and or people you where naming and shaming where not modding and are just exceptionally good at the game? Then your just slating them for no reason and with no proof. At least if you pm a mod or an admin the can be investigated and if there guilty dealt with.

Also by naming and shaming then and posting their name you can cause an issue with harassment. Just like how in school if you pick on a student so much they commit suicide it falls on you. Stupid yes but just report them in private to an admin or mod.
