Riddle me this.. VOT ARs...

Ok,

This could just be me...but does anyone use the VOT ARs?? i mean they're literally garbage.. 40 base damage? and 172 for the mazu rifles...seriously?? i can drive my runner into things backwards and do more damage.

if someone could explain to me why i should use the 40 damage base damage weapons, please do lol

Even though it still sucks, it's actually 40x3 because it shoots 3 bullets for every bullet. The VOT lmg does the same.

Its the rate of fire combined with the large clip size that does it. If you can deal with the recoil then they can be pretty effective.

There is vast disparity between many of these weapons (something that I hope they take another look at). But I actually like the Mazu Rifles, they definitely can't compete with some of the ARs and LMGs though. But very few weapons can.

The VOT Blast Rifles are amazing when you run 2 on the same load out with Preparedness.

eh, recoil isn't anything new to deal with in a "shooter."

so its 40x3? I mean ROF isn't much better..i know SMGs get real high DPS at times. i dunno i've used the VOT MAZU that did the 172 and just got tired of firing entire mags to kill maybe 2 silly enemies. I know they do some more work on shielded enemies but i dunno... I'll stick to my good ole fashion Earth Bullets lol

Believe it or not I too was aware of this.
I was getting at how bad the recoil on the VOT ARs is though, its a good bit worse than other ARs.

yeah i noticed the Crosshairs get wonky on the VOTS a bit but meh.. i'm a centermass aimer lol. sometimes crits will stack but it's not really something i want to become a tryhard about... RAGE MUST GET CRITS OR I RAGE lol... meh..

i just laugh every time i pick up a VOT and it says 40 damage...haha the thing could be any color of the rainbow and i salvage it..seriously i've salvo'd purple ones

I have to manually burst fire them to be any form of effective using them. I am currently using maily VOT's because that's all I have in my inventory.
