I would personally like to visit the LA archipelago, or maybe go back to New York. We know that's where E-REP is based out of, would be cool to play in a dense urban environment. Might also open up some more social aspects to the game, not to mention it would be easier for a game to visit that locale than the show.

I've already seen it mentioned a couple times that the E-Rep is building a mag-lev train, so it's not hard to imagine that we'll be able to leave the Bay Area sometime in the future.

I doubt we'll be able to go to Florida since, in addition to Arkfall, that is also where both humans and Votans started getting really nasty and tried using biological weapons on each other. Plus, they say the atmosphere is radioactive. Las Vegas Prison, on the other hand, was mentioned off-hand in a Comic-Con panel as somewhere they'll be going in Season 2.
