I got the feeling he was saying it was not real, as in it was just a legend or myth. The postcard of Antartica is really Hawaii with the name changed... leads me to believe it is something he always tells her just to keep her motivated.

I think when he was talking to Irrisa about Antartica it was more in the sense that they were there in the town. Staying there with other people, who were also staying there.

Antartica itself, no one knows really if it's there or not. Thus giving the thought of it not being real, or not really "there".

Also note that Antarctica is mentioned in a VBI recruitment video where many Ark Hunters have settled for retirement, but why bother at all with Columbia (being the capital or home turf) if Antarctica is such a paradise? Columbia being a colony would make more sense? The most wealthy Ark Hunters go to retire there or in other words, the most succefull and most skilled Ark Hunters... a lure by VBI to get the elite to fight hell on earth ? (To say it in the extreme).

A lot of people want a city or hub I think L. A. Goes along with the lore and would work well as this location. I would love to see all of the above locations. I thought about Florida myself after reading that a few days ago. I hope we get to see any and all of these

The sensible option for me would be to just extend out from the existing map to whichever city is nearest to San Francisco.Then overtime this can extend further out. Personally I'm interested to know what happened to the UK and Europe at this time more than Florida.

I just hope that i won't have to use fast travel to go to other States or countries ( i like to walk or to drive)...And first i want to see the rest of the Bay Area...And another thing i was thinking about is San Francisco. Will it change in the near futur ? Or is it definitly a "dead land" ?
