There is already a similar thread in the off topic forum, though it might be several pages down. But yeah, I lift, not much though but I do go to the gym and work out. Recently started using free weights instead of machines too.

I lift a beer to my mouth quite often. Sometimes the beer is a sandwich.
I however, do not lift ark hunters. They are heavy and smell like hellbug insides.
Yeah, 2-3 times a week in between Muay Thai and MMA training!
Not much anymore... it puts too much strain on my shoulders.
