    With my current work schedule, I find myself in the gym 6-9x during the week. I usually do cardio on my lunch breaks and strength training after work.

    My dream is to be like Mr. Torgue someday.

    I don't do 'ups', situps, pullups, pushups. Up would be defying gravity. Gravity is a law. I don't break the law.
    I do 'downs'. Sitdowns, laydowns, chow downs. This keeps me in a perfect state of zen.

    strange topic on a forum but yea I lift. I use the bar on the track for benching. a lot of weight lifters frown upon it but i like it for its safety and precision. sure the bar isn't as heavy when its on there but that just means i can put more weights on there and people think i'm lifting more........ladies
    however i use free weights as well.
