Digital Delux Edition vs. Defiance Ultimate Edition ?

So.. i'm a little confused on the differences between the two..

Could anyone shed some light?

Is the Digital Delux Edition worth it?

What's the difference in digital content between the two?

I was thinking of upgrading to one or the other and am not sure what the benefits are to either..

The Ultimate Edition is the way to go if you want physical goodies. You get an art book, soundtrack, messenger bag, hellbug statue, and a few other, smaller items.

As for digital items, the Ultimate Edition includes an exclusive title, 1,200 bits, and the season pass. I am not sure what the Digital Deluxe version includes.

I think I may be leaning more towards the Digital Delux Edition.
The Ultimate Edition is definitely tempting, but I don't really have the freedom to spend an extra 50 bucks just to get some extra merch. I just want in-game content.

Going to have to do a bit more research though..
