Respeccing: Will I lose all the EGO Points I used until now?

Nope, you keep all as far as I know of

You will not loose your points, they are simply "de-allocated" from your perks and placed back into your pool.

As a side note, you can respec your powers and perks and accumulate the 25 and 50 perks needed for the pursuits. What this means is that it keeps a cumulative total of what perks you are upgrading, so technically you could respec 25 times, and only upgrade 1 perk fully each time, and gain the pursuit completion.
