I do agree the game has its flaws. But as you said the concept is amazing. The execution isnt too far behind though. This is the first MMO of its kind after all. I personally am still having loads of fun with the game and im done with everything but the pursuits. The elusive "good loot" has me coming back every time i have a chance. But Lots of people are acting like they should have been personally consulted about everything this show/game has to offer. The fact remains that this is a HUGE project. Not one of these entitled, callow, cry babies could have done a better job.

True in parts.

Give me 5 full years (Since 2008)
More than 105 million dollars (Just for the game itself)
And more than 150 active devs (active as we speak)

And trust me my friend, what i will give you at release, will not be as small as a single player console game. And i am being generous here.

Again, the concept is amazing, what this game should be as seen in the early videos is amazing.
What we received though is an Alpha state prototype.

I knew what i bought the 1st week i had Defiance.....i played enough shooters and mmorpg's to know that this is not original, maybe to console players but since the game utilizes the shooter, and rpg aspect, why take the most basic parts of both, combine it, then shovel it to the public so they can claim how original it is?

Well maybe it is original, because i cant imagine in 2013 that a company didnt do enough research to know that the longevity of this game should not be certered around pursuits.
