nothing else matters.. a pc is more than those 3 things.. it's the sum of all the parts AND how you've lay them out, the design and management of it all.. that would be like bragging about having a v-12 in your garage.. but it has no car to run in.. or worse still, you put it in a pinto somehow and feed it low grade 87'......
Most of these guys just buy pre-built gamer rigs, and think they are DIY system builders cause they bought a led fan to stick in.
Parts are parts. I didn't do anything special when I installed the CPU water cooling. I don't care if my rig has a rainbow of colors coming out of its ***. It's pointless stuff that drains a little more on the PSU, and worst of all the extra light from the case. I feel like a lot of people watched a few too many fast and furious movies, and put that same racing gimmick into their computer cases.

Really good advice though for people who are looking for the most bang for their buck on a gaming only rig. Core i5 3570k's are more then enough for gaming while giving you a good option if your into OC'ing and the Athlon II X3 is pure goodness for the price.
No. I meant what I said. It is expensive. This is not a relative term to me or you. The definition is - Adjective: costing a lot of money. Several hundred dollars for an I7 compared to other processors with similar specs that are sub $100, qualifies it for that definition.
