As good as your intentions maybe, this is considered naming and shaming and thus against the rules.
Private message or use the in-game report to report those you feel are cheating

Er no it is not against the rules naming and shaming only applies to threads and post. Nothing to do with in game / commands. So yes report hackers pls people by using the /report command. That is why it was design for.
Best way to report hackers or cheaters is by hitting F6 and select the support desk tab. Have as much detail as possible. Screen shoots are very helpful. give time, place in the game, Toons name, and anything else that you feel that may add to your report to get these low life cheaters out of our game.

how do u know If they are hacking? what are they doing. I haven't seen anything different with anyone that would make me think they were but I haven't played any pvp.
yeah thats what I was asking. How do I know if its a hacker or just a very good player?
