The first episode was released about 2 am PST the night after it aired. Not sure why this one is taking so long. My only other experience with Xbox video was with the Walking Dead and it usually came out after midnight the next morning after it aired, but once in a while it'd take a day or two.
Yeah it's now Thursday, 1:30 PM CST and there is STILL no new episode of Defiance. Seriously, I've never known it to take this long to have an episode ready to watch. The only other show I had a season pass to was the seventh season of Supernatural and I got the new episodes a day after they aired...

im pissed to xbox told me its up to the owners of the show when they get the ok to release another told me they had up to 72 hours but after tinite I want my money back how can we enjoy a game and show crossover without the show the whole defiance thing is failing fast for me and I loved it before just loved it but like there is only so much bs I can tolerate
Still nothing on my end here, we are rapidly approaching 72 hours.
Interesting enough, I have the option to REPURCHASE the series and watch through XFinity or VUDU now, or just suffer and wait until XBL/SYFY get their act together.
Very displeased so far.
Everytime I see a link to try and watch the show, all I get is 'Content can only be seen within the United States' or something like that.

Well, here is an answer if anyone is wondering what is taking so long with them adding Episode 3 to Xbox Video. I did a search on the Xbox.com forums and someone asked what was the delay holding it up and he got a response from someone from the Xbox Video Team and this is what he said:
"Sorry for the delay, we're having some technical issues with this particular episode. We're working on getting it published as soon as possible."
