    This might help. But several times I tried to help a friend to do his missions, it happend that he triggered his mission and I triggered another in the same area, so we had to fight two sets of enemies at the same time. In one San Francisco mission he had a main mission with Cass - and I triggered another mission where you have to unarm the turrets. So it did not exactly get easier to succeed :-) (we were in the same phase)

    The problem is that instead of making smart AI that challenges the player skill they just make them 99.9% accurate and mob you. I'm on my second play through so I've seen all the missions and the only time I ever struggle is getting mobbed.

    A Rapid Raider can take my shields down in one burst so the game essentially becomes a combination of running back picking people of one by one, using the power to recharge my shield and / or hiding behind cover.

    I'd rather the enemies showed skill to allow me the player to use a variety of weapons in different circumstances (as the game wants me to) instead of me resorting to Rifle / LMG / Sniper combos.

    ...I mean would be great if 1 Sniper kill didn't lead to me getting insta rushed...especially given the distance away I am.

    Fraid is has nothing to do with this so called "inceased framrate"

    I'm glad with the difficulty increase (and I've noticed it as well). Means more playing with friends to do missions and I can handle being "forced" almost to play as an MMO to advance as my friends list is slowly growing with Defiance friends.

    Wiped out all the 99ers and then started getting hammered by these guys. Died several times. Finally had another person jump in and we were able to take them out together. Rough.

    There's no way my limited attention span would allow me to sift through the entirety of the patch notes. But like I said several times in my original post, I'm wrong. Was just taking a guess from a similar experience I've had prior.

    Be a little more strategical, swich some perks/ego power out, man if ur rageing on this mission you should probbly just quit the game before you fight Nim.

    You guys need to realize the AI isn't exactly written to just track and kill you since there is the possibility that there will be a lot of people in the same area. If you are alone, of course they will track you down more so then when multiple people are in an area. It's sort of a generic AI as the AI can't tell what weapons you are using, what powers you have ect.

    But I hear ya, there are several I have just about tossed my controller on but sometimes I'll wait till some purple dots to show up on my mini map, then run in and finish stuff up haha.
