It seems that Trion was trying to make players work together in those missions, thats how I felt anyways, so I went to a gathering spot (Overpass) and asked very politely if anyone would mind helping me out on a quick side mission, (in voice and text chat) and got nothing so I just equipped cloak and did everything one step at a time.
P.S.- People! Its okay to help each other!

TC i'm right there with you. i made it through the game to san fran and some of the missions i want to literally rip my hair out. yesterday i was trying to find the mini gunner mutants to finish getting the Keeper of the Southern lights title.all i keep getting are mutant grenadiers instead of minigun, but for me the game ramps up the difficulty and spawning enemies so much its next to impossible to defeat them all by myself.
as for the dark matter guys, i am sadly getting tired of dealing with them and have actually taken a break from missions for a bit just because. sometimes i have a random person join up with me on the missions and it helps but as much as i hate to say it i wish the game had an adaptive difficulty with it.
