You can, yes, but your timing needs to be near perfect. This is made harder by the fact that there is no set amount of time that a DMS will fire after saying his "Target in sight." or "This one's got your name on it." Lines. There's not concrete "Oh, he said one of his phrases and I see his laser beam. Now I just wait 2.793504 seconds before rolling and I'll be fine." time on when to dodge, so its a gamble that many of us lose on a regular basis, which is made worse by the SMG Sniper Enforcers and their bottomless clips. =\

That last bit bothers me more than the snipers tbh. I find a slower approach and a sniper rifle works great when dealing with snipers. 90% of the time I can face shot them before they can magi-spin shot me. Enforcers though... laying 70% of their shots into me at max range... that is a haigi.
Yea, the spinning is quite... Um.. disturbing...
Just when you're about to snipe one of those at scrapworks - and from one moment to another your screen rotates 3 freaking times into different directions.
