Agreed - Try to go for something that also has a high impact damage and a nice fast reload.. get close, BAM TO THE FACE *puff* vanish....

Honestly, ive used all powers with all guns and i can still get positive k/d ratio. It duno if its because i actually think like "hey, if i was on the other team, here is where i would be, and this is what id be doing"
So what i do is, think of a way to take advantage of what theyre doing. Take advantage of the map, use awareness. Pinch points. High ground. Brush and tree's. Its not all about guns. I would even say a good shield and a fast mind can handle most cloakers.
My all time favorite thing is to set up my character with speed/melee boosts(Blur) with a nice SMG/Blast Rifle and RL(Splash damage) so you can hip fire their shield away, then smack some faces. Sure, i still get killed by a few cloakers, some snipers some shotty infiltrators. But in the end, when i can see the leaderboards. More often than not, the people who were cloaking and killing me, are at the bottom of the list. While im at the top.
its not like you should. Thats pretty much the only competitive set up right now.
