Unable to play for 4 days due to bugs!!

I have been unable to play the game for 4 days..can't equip weapons,change guns or use menus..I am playing on Xbox on the EU server..I was really enjoying the game and the show however am starting to lose patience!! I've contacted support and got a generic response!! Starting to lose faith!!!

I had the same issue, on PC. What fixed everything for me was killing until a weapon dropped. Then holding the button down to equip it. After I did that, I was able to switch weapons, and navigate my menus again. NO idea what causes it, but that was a quick fix for me.
