spent bits on boosts for clan and never got the boost

i baught 3 xp ego and 2 skill boost for my clan and the never showed up i have reported it ingame as well, also the data recorder new world thugs is not showing up for me so i am unable to complete the persuit........ thank you

I have read that some people are having better luck with things like missing items purchased with bits, by contacting live chat at:

I hope you give it a try because no one should give up in frustration when they've spent real money on something and not received the promised item. I'm sorry you're having trouble and hope it gets sorted out for you. Good luck!

And I was about to do the same, but reading this kind of problems wouldn't help doing it.

Question follows: what is your "position" in clan hierarchy? Please, don't get me wrong. I am trying to help dev team to pinpoint this kind of bug, for example if it's in their code only certain members can buy boosts for their clan (which is silly assumption, of course, but we do not live in perfect world.)

just to clarify.... when you say they never showed up.....

when you buy them they're automatically activated,,, they do not sit in an inventory slot until you activate them.....

i'd imagine if you bought 3,,, then 72hours would have been added to the clan boost timer if you look at that page???
