Stupid lockboxes

Ok I spent 6 hours today farming keycodes I used them on four t4 lockboxes and all I got out of everyone was ****ty blues not a single orange

Buy Tier2 boxes, more boxes mean's a better chance at something decent.

Spend some real $$$ then. $20 can buy 4 T4 lockboxes or you can get T3 and T2 for the price of 1 T4. I mean thats 5 chances compared to 4, but idk I have always had more luck with T4 ..some people praise the T3 etc so who knows...

R u for real why the **** would I spend real money when I can get them for free my point was rewards to ratio 6 hours of pure grinding should at least give me 1 orange or have they simply made it so the only way to get orange is to spend real money

I understand your frustration. I've bought so many lock boxes that I've given up on em giving me anything I can use. Last T4 I bought gave me 2 green handguns, A Blue Saw and Green Biogrenade. I have the same luck with the others. Seems the game is insisting I use shotguns and handguns as that's all I have gotten from T3 and T2. Have yet to get a purple or higher from any of em.

Remember, orange items are rare. Think of lockboxes as if they were a booster pack of trading cards. You really, really want that special holographic card, but it's the rarest card in the set. You can either buy booster after booster until you get it, or you can seek out someone who has it and trade for it.

For comparison purposes, I have purchased 1 T3 box and received 1 purple shotgun, 1 purple rocket launcher, and 1 green... something.

Two Legendaries within the last few days came out of Tier 2s for me. Cheaper, quicker to buy, and less frustration.

Thanks for all comments will try T2 see if I can get orange AR I respect the fact that they a rare but last 2 days just feels like a bad grind in my quest to obtain it

It's all luck, and it is possible to get oranges without spending $$. They're considered legendary for a reason. Since I started playing (Day1) I've probably opened anywhere from 30-40 Tier 3 lockboxes just from farming key codes, and I've gotten 4 legendary weapons. Don't give up hope!
