Just contacted live support GM kraken said there's no other solution no game cards and its nth to do with defiance and I that I should contact Microsoft support instead.. which means they don't care. So if anyone have a suggestion pls help, thanks
I'm quite sure they DO care about taking your money! If that's what a GM told you, I'm sure it is simply out of their hands. You should contact Microsoft, as was suggested. Good luck
