I was under the impression after EVERY episode on tv their would be a EPISODE mission or set of missions like we just had from the PILOT episode. What happened? or am i wrong?

I'm not a 100% sure either but I think that they will release some more episode missions as the series progresses (perhaps with the DLC's).
I definitely don't think they will release a new episode mission after every episode of the series though.
Fingers crossed they do release more, however!![]()
I was under the impression every tv episode would release a few story missions. If this is not the case.. well no point in playing any more.. wait I didn't login for four straight days anyways ...
They've said that there won't be episode missions for every episode and it makes sense if you think about it. The Bay Area and Defiance are something like 2,000 miles apart. Characters traveling by roller would need time for transit and there can't realistically be some huge event effecting both locations every week.
Plus, even though it's been a week for us between the Pilot episode and "Down in the Ground Where the Dead Men Go", only a day or two has passed in the Defiance world. While we didn't know it previously, this minimal time difference between episodes is the reason they released the Episode 1 and Episode 2 pursuits at the same time and in doing so they gave us two weeks to complete them.
Since the show and the game are supposed to be taking place simultaneously, I can only assume that the timelines will begin to sync up better with the third episode.
Nolan has been sherriff for three weeks. Timeline argument is irrelevant
I'm with you I want new episode missions every episode Tuesday. Don't care if it is just one really short nonsense mission and is totally unrelated to the show.
Why call them "episode" missions in the first place if not o.0
Most likely in order to have any actual episode missions, well have to wait for another character to cross over from the show to the game so theres an episode tie in like when we had irisa and nolan. They left now and unless they are going to make missions based on another character in the game thats going to go to the show itll have to wait for the crossover and make due with pursuits for now
