Game is too easy already, theres only one enemy in the game that is SOME times challenging and those are Bullwarks, because some times they can catch you off guard. other than that, this is just whining.

Use explosive weapons that aren't clusters against Bulkwarks or a gun with high critical damage and the thing will be stunned most of the fight.

Suddenly one of the easiest mobs around.
When I was leveling assault rifles and used them for everything, yes then Bulkwarks really were able to really be annoying.

An assault rifle + Overcharge rips them apart pretty quickly. First thing I do is fire at their rocket pods until they get stunned, then I simply blast away. By the time they get up again, they are almost dead.

Detonators and rocket launchers show no deviation at all and neither do the North Star and Cluster Shot grenade type weapons.

Frag grenades one shot most normal mobs and can be accurately thrown at long ranges.
Cluster grenades deal potentially even more damage but it's hard to damage small mobs or moving ones with all hits.

It's not the game, it's you.

Getting a huge majority of shots on target with guns from long range while the target is rolling should not happen!
Agreed, doesn't seem fair the NPCs can snipe with submachine guns

Certainly any changes to AI accuracy must follow an update to the overall quality of the AI. The current system is most troublesome with previously mentioned issues such as grenades or smgs from a long way away.

Somewhat linked to this in an inability to hide from the AI. The other night i was fighting some of those scrapper groups with the little guys backed up with one big guy. I use cloak and a sniper rife with an lmg alt weapon. I was fighting the mobs then i cloaked (the mobs stayed around where id dissapeared) and moved away behind a rock totally out of sight of the mobs. As soon as i dropped cloak the mobs came running towards me. They knew exactly where i was even though id entered cover without them being able to see me.
You're on to something with the first part, they're covering up poor enemy AI with incredible accuracy so indeed they can't just nerf the accuracy without making the game terribly easy.

Cloak is doing exactly what Trion intended; when you cloak it suspends aggro about a second later (to give the illusion of line of sight) then when your cloak fades it immediately draws aggro again unless someone else has "gotten the enemy's attention" (also one of the reasons cloak is more suited to group play). Stupid yes but they didn't code the the AI to "lose interest (completely lose aggro)," notice that they only stop chasing you when they hit a certain leash point, they just temporarily suspend aggro so when you uncloak it is like you never left the enemy's line of sight and the immediately resume attacking since they aren't coded to do anything but attack or mill about.

Most of this game's problems are due to laziness, this one being no different. That is just as much our fault as the DEV's though. As gamers we endorse this trend by buying tons of games that are just as half-assed and very few DEVs take it upon themselves to push the envelope so we mostly get the same old crap.
